Now this is the route to take-put a cheapo Rubbermaid trash can under the sink, cut a hole in the countertop and install this unit-only found in high-end restrooms around the world! I've even been to restaurants who put a basket under the sink with these grommets-and you use an actual towel that would be laundered to dry your hands-impressive!
